South Carolina Midlands Coaches
South Carolina Midlands Volleyball Club has a rich history. Cynthia Dimapan has been the director for the past 10 years, and our club staff has included Dr. Gylton B. Da Matta, who was an expert in exercise science, as well as the renowned South Carolina high school coach, former head coach of Lexington High School, Chee Lee. Additionally, our staff has included coaches with NCAA Division I head coaching and assistant coaching experience in the top volleyball conferences in the country, former college athletes who set a variety of records receiving All-Conference and All-American honors, professional/international players, as well as other passionate IMPACT and CAP certified coaches. Many have been and continue to be proven winners at the middle, high school, and club levels. South Carolina Midlands former players who now coaches at the collegiate level. Bailey Coleman, the assistant coach at the University of Alabama Birmingham. Bailey also coached at the University of Montevallo. We are proud of this history, and we are just as proud about the awesome lineup that we have this year! Year after year, we seek top coaches, and SC Midland's sincere dedication shines through as we teach volleyball and train athletes in the Midlands!
Club Director & Coach
Cynthia Dimapan
Cynthia Dimapan is in her tenth year as director of South Carolina Midlands Volleyball, formerly South Carolina Juniors. She has coached with the program since it started with two teams in a small church gym in 2002. With steady expansion of the program, the club moved to a multi-court facility in 2004. Joining forces with former USC Gamecock Coaches and Midlands Volleyball Directors, Ben and Nancy Somera in 2010, Dimapan is now the director of what used to be to midlands clubs. Dimapan is IMPACT and CAP certified through USA Volleyball, certified through the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), and a longtime member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA). Dimapan has extensive coaching experience at the high school, middle school, and club levels. Since 2002, ten teams under Dimapan's direction have made it to 3rd place or higher finishes at the Palmetto Regional State Championships. Her most common rivals have been Charleston Juniors, Carolina Islanders, and Club South.
In 2014, Dimapan's 14 Elite team was a head turning team in the state. Some accomplishments include: 1st in the State, National Bid Winners, Division Champion at Nationals, Gold finish at Big South, as well as a 1st and 2nd place finish in some 15U tournaments. In 2013, Dimapan led her 14 Elite team to a 5th place finish out of 103 teams at the AAU National Championships. At the Championships, one of Dimapan's players earned the title of 2013 AAU National Championship All-Star. Peyton McDonald was the only 14U player from the state of South Carolina to earn this honor. In 2012, Dimapan's 13 Elite team eventually became the highest placing 13's team from the midlands of South Carolina. This team went on to win their division in the AAU National Championships. Additionally, her 14 Elite team from 2011 won a bid to Nationals at the 2011 Northeast National Qualifier in Baltimore, Maryland. The team attended the 2011 USAV National Championships in Atlanta.
In terms of school ball, Dimapan has coached across the globe since 1999 winning various interscholastic championships in Guam, Texas, and South Carolina. Dimapan has accrued a total of EIGHT school championships in her career, several with undefeated seasons. One of her favorite coaching memories is a Cinderella story of taking a 1-7 down and out 7th grade team, and turning them around in just one season. As 8th graders, that team went on to win the El Paso Independent School District Championship. They later attended the Middle School City Championships where they placed 2nd out of the top 36 teams. Cynthia Dimapan coached players such as Keyairra Stevenson a Kennesaw State University standout, second in kills for her team in 2013; Cristina Nazario,the current setter for Western Carolina; the current setter for the North Carolina State University Maggie Speaks; as well as University of South Carolina freshman Kate McDaniel. Cynthia is married to Glen Dimapan, and they have two boys named Matthew and Christopher.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Dr. Mike Armstrong
Dr. "Coach" Mike Armstrong has served as a strength and conditioning instructor for 24 years in several capacities at schools such as the University of South Carolina, Georgia Tech, Irmo High School, Dorman High School and Spring Valley High School. He is
presently an Asst. AD, Head strength Coach and Football Coach at River Bluff High School. He graduated from USC in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics. He played tackle for the Gamecocks, lettering twice. Coach Armstrong has his Masters in Secondary Education from USC and his Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy. Coach Armstrong is a National Board Certified teacher, Certified Speed and Explosion Coach (NASE), a Certified Strength Specialist with USA Weightlifting and is SPARQ Certified. Mike Armstrong was named AFLAC National Assistant Coach of the Year for 2002. Coach Armstrong stresses the need for a structured S & C program for athletes for two reasons: 1) to decrease the potential for injury and 2) to maximize performance. Dr. Armstrong believes that in addition to skill level, maximum performance in volleyball is contingent upon great agility, balance, speed, and power!
Coach Glen Dimapan

as an assistant coach, Glen has also taken numerous teams to AAU Nationals since 2002. Dimapan is PCA certified. He is also IMPACT Certified and CAP Certified through USA Volleyball's Coaching Accreditation Program. Glen has assisted at various high schools and middle schools in Guam, Texas, and South Carolina. Having played both indoor and outdoor volleyball at the A, AA, and Open levels, additional accolades include participating in the US Open Volleyball National Championships in the Men's A Division in 2004, Palmetto Region Men's A Region Champions, several first place finishes in both Men's AA & A Tournaments, and Columbia Coed Power League Champions for five seasons. You can also find Dimapan working the scoreboard, and/or scorekeeping at the University of South Carolina home games.
Coach Jeff Meagley
Jeff Meagley will be serving as a National Elite team head coach this year. His experience involves 23 years of playing and coaching for the United States Marine Corps, as well as playing indoor and outdoor men's and co-ed at the A,AA, and Open levels. Jeff has played international indoor and outdoor volleyball in Japan, Korea and Sicily. He was selected to the All Marine team nine times, and has played all positions. Coaching experience involves coaching base teams at Cherry Point, NC and Beaufort, SC. He served as the head coach with our 16's team two years ago, and has assisted with Elite team training at all levels since his initial involvement with the club. Jeff has been IMPACT certified, CAP certified, PCA certified, and has attended clinics at the high school level. Jeff currently coaches at a local high school and helps to run a great program.
Glen Dimapan has coached with SC Midlands, formerly SC Juniors, since the club began in 2002. He has coached all levels of the club from Kids Power, Region, Performance, to National Elite teams of all ages. Having been to Nationals twice, as a head coach and
Gabriel Figueroa is a new and great addition to the SC Midlands coaching staff. Having coached with Pure Energy Vollleyball in Texas, Figueroa also played volleyball on some of Puerto Rico's top juniors boys teams for 12 years, starting in 4th grade. In 2003, Figueroa attended the Junior Olympic National Championships in Louisville, Kentucky representing one of the best volleyball clubs in Puerto Rico, Arsel Volleyball. In 2013 alone, Arsel battled successfully all the way to the championship division in three different age groups at the AAU National Championships. Arsel won an AAU National Championship in 2013. Anyone who has gone to AAU Nationals knows the strength of Puerto Rican teams. Figueroa's specialty is teaching setting. He was considered one of the best setters for three consecutive years in the Puerto Rican league, and went to the championship finals those three times winning the championship twice. Figueroa received an athletic scholarship to attend Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in Ponce. While at Interamerican University, he played as a setter and was captain for the 2006, 2007 and 2008 seasons. Figueroa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Figueroa believes that all those years playing volleyball helped him to be the leader and the coach that he is now. Volleyball is not a simple game with a ball and a net, but is a constant challenge to develop teamwork and leadership among top athletes.
Coach Bob Watson
Bob Watson has been an avid member of our club. Within the past few years, he has coached our 17's National Team, 15 Elite, 14 Elite, as well as our 13 Performance Team. In terms of school volleyball, Bob is a member of the Cardinal Newman coaching staff. He is the winningest coach in the history of the school. Amassing over 650 wins as a head coach in four different varsity sports (girls' basketball, boys' basketball, baseball, and volleyball), Bob's resume includes six state championships, nine state runner-up titles, and twenty region titles. Bob has been named Coach of the Year twelve times in the Palmetto Athletic Conference, the South Carolina High School League, and the South Carolina Independent School Athletic Association. He's coached numerous Division I athletes in multiple sports and several who went on to the professional level. Most recently, Bob was named the 2012 SCISA 3A Region Volleyball Coach of the Year, and on October 7, 2012, he was inducted as an athlete and coach into the Inaugural Cardinal Newman Athletic Hall of Fame.
Coach Candi Watson
Candi Duke Watson is a native of Columbia and graduated from Cardinal Newman in 1988. While a student at CN, Candi played volleyball, tennis, and basketball and was the first CN volleyball player to earn a college scholarship. She coached CN's first junior varsity volleyball team in 1990 and graduated from Columbia College in 1991 with a B.A. in English education. Candi began her varsity coaching career at Spring Valley High School from 1991-1995, where her teams won the region IV AAAA championship all 4 years. Candi has coached several Division I athletes, including a two-time Olympic Gold medalist. She has been a teacher, coach, and administrator at CN since 1997 and is currently the Dean of Faculty. Candi is married to Bob Watson, and they have 4 children- Alex, Kody, Kendall, & Logan. Candi & Bob have had a daughter playing for SC Midlands for the last 9 years, and they have coached 17 Elite, 13 Performance, 14 Elite, and 15 Elite, with several top 5 finishes at the Palmetto Regional Championships. Two of their players, Claire Edwards & Kendall Watson, made the USA High Performance teams and competed in Des Moines, Iowa at the High Performance Championships in July.
Coach Kevin Kirchoff
Kevin Kirchhoff is currently a teacher and an Assistant Coach at Muller Road. Working alongside Dawn Wilcox in 2013, Kirchoff helped Muller to win it first ever Volleyball Championship in school history. Kirchoff previously coached at the University of Massachusetts, Boston where he helped the Beacons to an NCAA Divsion III Elite 8 appearance. Additionally, Kirchoff was a Men's Assistant Volleyball Coach for two years at Elmira College in Elmira, New York. While at Elmira, he helped to build the first varsity men's volleyball program, and during his second season achieved a number 12 national ranking, the first national ranking for the program. As a 2010 graduate from Nazareth College, Kirchhoff played four years as a setter, and defensive specialist on the nationally ranked men's volleyball team. During his time with the Golden Flyers, Kirchhoff served as a team captain and helped the program to the 2010 NECVA Championships and Molten Final Four. While playing in college in 2009, Kirchhoff began his coaching career serving as the head coach of the Pittsford boy's club team and as an assistant coach of the varsity girls' team at Penfield High School.
Coach Samantha Parrish
Samantha Parrish comes to us from Angola, Indiana. She is a current standout at the collegiate level majoring in English and minoring in Political Science while carrying a 3.95 GPA. Parrish has coached clinics for Dick Powers Volleyball from Ball State University, and coached club teams for Performance Plus in Fort Wayne, Indiana prior to coaching at SC Midlands. Parrish is a returning coach for SC Midlands and is a strong contributor to our coaching staff. A great hitter herself, Parrish teaches hitting tactics such as tandems, slides, and x-plays. She is also versed in defense tactics and setting combinations used at the collegiate level.
Parrish currently plays at Newberry College where she was recently named the MOST prolific all-around player in the history of Newberry College Athletics with a school record 1,523 kills. She ranks second in school history with 1,575 career digs and is also in the top 10 in school history with 125 career service aces and 208 career total blocks. She is the only player in program history to rank in the top 10 of all four major categories. In November 2013, Parrish was named to Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District team. Adding this honor to her lengthy list of accolades, she is one of only six honorees in the region this season and advances to the Academic All-American ballot. Prepped by Julie Dunham, Parrish competed at the varsity level for three years. She holds the Angola High School records for kills per game and kills per season. Additional accolades include: 2009 leader in kills in the Indiana NECC Conference, all-area and all-conference laurels for three years, MVP of the Angola High School volleyball team in two of her three seasons, 2009 Prep of the Year, academic all-state honorable mention, three years on the varsity tennis team, team MVP in 2008. Academically, her achievements included the National Honor Society, Spanish Club, Student Council serving as Class President for three years. Parrish loves the sport of volleyball and imparts her knowledge, drive, and success in the game to players seeking to play collegiate ball.
Coach John Verdugo
John Verdugo will serve as a Regional State Coach with our first satellite team based in Kershaw, SC. This will be John's 4th year with SC Midlands having served as an Assistant Coach to the 18 National Elite Team, Head Coach for two Regional State Teams, and Assistant Coach with SC Midlands 13 National Elite. John is also head coach for a local high school where, in 4 years, he has won the AA Region IV Championship 3 times (2010, 2012, 2013). In addition, he was selected as the AA Region IV Coach of the Year in 2010 and 2012. In 2013, his high school team made it all the way to the State Championship Finals. John is IMPACT certified, NFHS Volleyball certified, attends clinics at the high school and collegiate level, and hold's a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management.
Coach Monique Walker
Monique is in her fifth year of coaching volleyball. Currently, she is the Head JV/ Assistant Varsity Coach at Columbia High School, this will be her second season with the SC Midlands family! Monique started playing volleyball in 1998 in New Mexico and attended South Carolina State University with a 4 year women's volleyball scholarship. Coaching volleyball in her junior year at SCSU with the Lady Cubs volleyball club in Orangeburg, Monique served as a head coach for two seasons. After graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor's in Physical Education/ Sport Communications, Monique then became an Assistant Coach for the Anatomy Volleyball Club also out Orangeburg.
Ciji Kuhlmann grew up in Harrison, Ohio and received her Bachelor's Degree from Bowling Green State University. In Ohio, Ciji was involved in her high school's volleyball and softball teams. Since graduating from college and moving to South Carolina, Ciji has been involved in coaching. Currently, she is in her 6th year coaching junior varsity and assistant varsity volleyball for a local high school. In addition to high school coaching, Ciji currently teaches 8th grade mathematics. This will be her third year coaching for SC Midlands.
Coach Gordon Kirby
Gordon Kirby has coached middle school, high school, college and travel volleyball teams for over ten years. He has also worked volleyball camps in numerous states. He has served as an assistant volleyball coach at South Carolina State University, as well as the women's and men's assistant volleyball coach at Mount Olive College in Mount Olive, NC. In 2004 he was the assistant volleyball coach at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, NC. Kirby coached volleyball camps in Virginia, Minnesota, North Carolina and South Carolina. Throughout his coaching career, Kirby has helped lead his teams to various awards. In 2005 Mount Olive College won its first-ever Carolinas-Virginia Athletics Conference Title. In that same year the team advanced to the 2005 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championship. In 2004, Kirby helped lead Cape Fear Community College to it's first-ever Carolinas Junior College Conference (CJCC) Title, earning them a spot at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The team won the CJCC Regular Season and Tournament Titles going 14-2 in the conference and 24-7 overall. Kirby is a 1999 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in health and physical education, K-12.
Coach Kaona Mercer
Kaona Mercer is a home grown athlete SC Midlands, formerly SC Juniors. Kaona grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, and while playing at AC Flora High School, Kaona picked up club volleyball for the first time as a 9th grade athlete at the Plex. She took to the sport quickly, worked throughout high school to pay for club, and quickly progressed to our top teams. Playing all four of her high school years at Plex, Kaona became a formidable force on our 18's Elite team. Letters of interest started pouring in from The University of North Carolina Charlotte, Francis Marion, Radford, College of Charleston and Coastal Carolina.
After examining offers, Kaona chose to pursue an offer at The Citadel. She played at The Citadel for three years, and even as a sophomore in 2010, Kaona became the kill leader for her team. She appeared in 99 sets leading the team in kills (232), kills per set (2.34) and total attacks (628) among 2011 returnees. As a defensive force, she had 68 total blocks (62 assisted blocks) along with 33 digs. Kaona graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor's of Science in Physical Education, and she is currently pursuing her masters in public health. Kaona was born in Germany and is the daughter of Spalvera and Kenneth Mercer.
Coach Kelsey Queen
Coach Kelsey Queen first stated coaching with our program during the 2013 SC Midlands Volleyball Academy. She assisted our 18's Elite team while coaching two other academy teams. Kelsey is a standout athlete from the University of South Carolina Upstate and in South Carolina High School Volleyball. In 2009 at USC Upstate, Kelsey played in all 30 matches, making 24 starts and appearing in 100 sets. Queen led the team with a 2.30 kills per set average, adding 0.87 digs and 0.29 blocks per set. She finished third on the team with 2.53 points per set, and posted seven 10-kill performances and three 15-kill efforts.
Queen earned All-Tournament honors at the USC Upstate Volleyball Classic by posting a team-season high 19 kills, in five-set win over another team, and 18 kills against NC State. She narrowly missed double-double with 11 kills and a career-high tying nine digs at Gardner-Webb, adding two aces in the match. She posted eight kills, seven digs and a career-high five blocks in five set win over North Florida, and posted 10 kills and hit a season-high .600 in win over Stetson. Kelsey was a member of the A-Sun All-Academic Team, and was first coached by our Club Liaison Lisa McDowell from Blythewood Middle School.
In high school, Queen earned four letters at Ridge View High School, serving as the captain as a senior. She earned the team's Most Valuable Player award along with All-State honors and the Area 4-A Player of the Year nod. Queen earned the WLTX Player of the Week honors on Nov. 29 and was also WACH's November Teen To WACH. She was a member of the School Leadership Program and a Volunteer Aide at Rice Creek Elementary School. She was an honor roll student with a 3.95 GPA. Her favorite quote is "Dreams don't work unless you do."
Coach Nicole Randolph
Nicole Randolph is from Fort Mill, South Carolina. She graduated from USC with a degree in Elementary Education and currently teaches at the elementary level. Randolph currently coaches varsity volleyball at Swansea High School and has been the head coach for the past four years. Starting at the middle school level, Randolph eventually played for Fort Mill High School as well as Carolina Juniors in Charlotte, North Carolina. Playing at both the regional and national levels, Nicole and her team earned 2 bids to Nationals. Nicole has coached and assisted in several school and club summer camps in both North and South Carolina.

Coach Tonya Thompson
Tonya Thompson moved to Columbia in the late 1990s shortly after earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is married with 3 children. Tatyana, her oldest, played on the SC Midlands 18 National Elite Team in 2013. Currently, she has just completed her 5th year as the assistant volleyball coach at Spring Valley High School. This will be her second year at SC Midlands as a coach.
Coach Kelly Rael
Kelly Rael comes to us from Florence, Arizona. During high school, Kelly played 4 years of varsity softball and a volleyball. Her team won 3 state volleyball championships and one state runner up. She was selected for the Arizona All Star Volleyball team for her performance as a setter. After high school, Kelly enlisted in the United States Army. While stationed in Korea, Kelly was selected to play for the 8th Army Volleyball team where they won the Pacific Regional championships in Okinawa, Japan and later in Australia. In 2012, Kelly ended her Army career to pursue her education. Currently Kelly is enrolled at the University of South Carolina, where she plans on majoring in social work. Kelly is married to her husband Frank and they have three children: Melia (13), Sean (9) and Matthew (8 months).
Coach Lauren Watson
Coming to us from the Upstate, Lauren Watson (Hunsberger), is volleyball graduate from Converse College. Coaching various summer camps at Converse College as well as summer camps with Brenda Skeffington from Brevard College, Lauren has been a standout student athlete. Lauren started her career at Club South (now Upward). She lettered all four years, as a setter, at Byrnes High School. Lauren earned the Most Improved Award as a freshman and went on to win All-Region and MVP Honors during her senior year. Lauren was awarded the Wendy's High School Heisman Award, and at Converse College, she was on the Academic All Conference Team for both her junior and senior years. At Converse, she was awarded two Offensive Player of the Year Awards. Lauren currently holds the Converse College record as the second place in school history for assists.
Coach Dawn Wilcox
Dawn Wilcox is originally from Galion, Ohio. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Ohio State University and her Master's Degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. In 2008, she moved to South Carolina to teach middle school math. She spent one year as the assistant coach at Kelly Mill Middle School and has spent the last two years as the head coach at Muller Road Middle School, where she led the Mustangs to their first district title. Dawn teaches 7th and 8th grade mathematics at Muller Road. This will be her first year coaching for SC Midlands.
Coach Kate Miller
Kate Miller grew up in Springfield, Ohio. She began playing volleyball at the age of ten thanks to the inspiration of her mother, who played in college. Playing on her first club team at the age of twelve, Kate continued to play year-round until her senior year at Kenton Ridge High School. While in high school and during the majority of her club years, Kate was the varsity captain and played left back and power-side hitter. Kate has assisted with various summer volleyball camps and was assigned to work with some of the youngest groups, including seventh graders. Kate has coached a 5th and 6th grade National Trails Team. Kate is currently at the University of South Carolina working as a graduate assistant in the Office of Student Engagement. Aside from taking classes, Kate participates in both indoor and sand volleyball intramural leagues.
Alexis Horton comes to us from Austin Texas where she played volleyball for four years with Austin Juniors. In 2012, Alexus played in the 2012 USA Volleyball National Championships. Alexus won All District as a junior, also earning first team All-Academic honors during all four years in high school. Currently a student athlete at Newberry College, Alexus is a starting middle blocker. As a freshman at Newberry, she played in 26 matches. She averaged 0.57 in kills per set with 25 total kills, 16 blocks and had a season best versus Lander. Alexus has coached various camps and summer leagues at Pflugerville Connally High School. Alexus is studying history education and plans to attend law school after graduation.
Abigail Frame is from Sylvania, Ohio and she has played volleyball since the age of 10. Frame said she first bec ame involved in the sport when her uncle showed her the sport and she instantly fell in love with it. Since that time, Frame has been actively involved in volleyball throughout her high school and collegiate career. In her freshman year, Frame attended Coker College in Hartsville, SC. She later transferred to North Greenville University as a sophomore playing all four years in college as the starting setter. Frame has coached USA Volleyball for 3 years at Upstate Volleyball Club in Spartanburg, SC and volunteered as a coach at JL Mann High School. Frame is currently a teacher in Fairfield County School District.
Coach Rebecca Fischer
Rebecca Fischer is a returning coach for SC Midlands. Having served as a head coach for us last year, she also assisted with our 18 Performance team. She was responsible for planning and implementing practices. Fischer comes to us from Fort Mill, South Carolina, and previously coached with Carolina Juniors Volleyball out of Charlotte, North Carolina, Fisher is currently studying Middle Level Education with a minor in the Spanish language. She has played various positions throughout her high school career, and Fischer has been a defensive specialist on the Newberry women's volleyball team.
Coach Janna Taylor
Janna began coaching with SC Midlands during the 2011-12 season and is excited to continue coaching the Kids Power age group! She & her family have been a part of SC Midlands since the 2009-10 season, when her daughter, Natalie, first joined. Janna's main goal as a coach of the Kids Power group is to make sure the girls learn the fundamentals of volleyball, but most importantly, that they have FUN and enjoy every moment of their time with SC Midlands Volleyball.You will also find Janna assisting in the day to day operations of the club. If ever Cynthia or Glen are unavailable, she is a great resource and is willing to answer any questions you have or assist you in any way possible.
Coach Amanda Stewart
Coach Amanda Stewart started her volleyball career with SC Midlands, formerly SC Juniors, when she was 11 years old. She was part of our 13 Region team in 2009 that placed 1st in the region and 3rd in the state. She was captain of her 16 Region Team in 2011. Amanda also played on the SC Midlands Performance 17 team in 2013 and continued that season on our AAU National team. She started her school volleyball career with Blythewood Middle School and was part of 2 undefeated seasons. Amanda was a starter for the Blythewood High School JV team. She transferred to Westwood High School and played for their varsity team. Amanda was co-captain both years and received the Coach's Award her junior year. Amanda started her coaching career in 2013 with SC Midlands. She coached the 11 Region Black team. The team competed in a 12's bracket in every tournament, and placed 2nd in Silver at the Southern Classic Tournament.
Club Liaison Lisa McDowell
Having served as a head coach as well as an assistant coach at SC Midlands, Lisa brings a wealth of experience to the SC Midlands community. Having had roles as both parent and coach, Lisa will be serving as the club liaison this year. We know that Lisa's relationship with parents will be a driving and positive force for the club this year. She is a wonderful mom, and a coach. She has coached at Mullins High and currently coaches at Blythewood Middle School. Lisa has earned numerous accolades including Region Championships, Region Coach of the Year, and Sun News Coach of the Year Awards.
